- If production, customization, or shipment has begun, the cancellation request may be declined or may incur a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.

A. Eligible Refunds
Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
- Order canceled within the allowed cancellation period (before production/shipment).
- Product is delivered defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the description.
- Service was not delivered as described or agreed within the specified timelines.
B. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after production or shipment has started.
- Products damaged by misuse, incorrect handling, or negligence by the customer.
- Accessed digital goods (downloads/online resources) once delivered, except when a defect is documented.
- Custom or personalized items after customization work has begun.
4. Refund Process
- To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team with your order details:
- Include the order number, date of purchase, reason for cancellation/refund, and any supporting evidence (photos for damaged goods, screenshots, etc.).
- We will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the decision.
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–14 business days).
- If the original payment method is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative refund method after obtaining your consent.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain situations a partial refund may apply, for example:
- Partial cancellation of a multi-item order.
- Product returned with minor, non-critical defects that do not affect overall usability.
- Service partially delivered, where a pro-rata refund is agreed between the customer and Krishan Kumar Shastri.
6. Shipping Costs
- If cancellation occurs before shipment, shipping charges will be refunded where applicable.
- If the order has already been shipped, original shipping charges may be non-refundable. Return shipping for non-defective items may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
